The terms and conditions govern your participation of this contest. By participating, you signify that
you have read and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions stated herein.
Transmarco Concepts Sdn Bhd may at its sole and absolute discretion amend, change, delete or
add to the Terms and Conditions set herein without prior notice. Applicants and their legal guardians
agree to be bound to such changes.
1. No product purchase or participation / entry fee is required to participate in this contest.
2. The Contest is only open to Malaysian resident age 5 to 17 years old.
3. This competition is divided into 3 Groups:
Group 1 (5 to 8 yrs old)
Group 2 (9 to 12 yrs old)
Group 3 (13 to 17 yrs old)
Note: The age of the applicant is based on the date of birth of the applicant as at the date the entry
form was received.
4. Based on the theme, draw and colour your artwork.
Category 1 (5 to 8 yrs old) - Draw and colour on the template provided.

Category 2 (9 to 12 yrs old) - Free composition. Draw on a piece of art block
(A3 size - 29.7cm x 42cm)
Category 3 (13 to 17 yrs old) - Free composition. Draw on a piece of art block
(A3 size - 29.7cm x 42cm)
5. All painting mediums are allowed (including oil pastel, colour pencils, poster colour, etc).

6. Entries can be submitted by mail or by hand;

(a) Send artwork by mail to:

Entries must be received before 16 May 2016, 5pm.

(b) Send artwork by hand to:

Hush Puppies Footwear shop at Sunway Pyramid ( LL1.36, Lower Level 1, Sunway Pyramid )

OR 1 Utama (F140A, First Floor, 1Utama Shopping Centre) before 15 May 2016, 10.00PM.

7.Submissions received after the cut off time above will be omitted from the competition.
8 Participants may send in multiple submissions. However, each participant will only be entitled to
win one prize only.
9. Each submission must be accompanied by the entry form containing all the necessary information.
10. Winners will be judged by Hush Puppies management & partners based on originality, creativity,
aesthetics and neatness.
11. Judges decision and selection of Winners are final.
12. Shortlisted participants shall be informed through emails and calls and their works will be exhibited at
1Utama LG Highstreet from 24 to 29 May 2016 for public viewing.
13. Winners will be announced during Prize Presentation ceremony at a location selected by Hush
Puppies
14. The organiser will not be liable for any losses to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
15. Submission of an entry further constitutes the consent of the Applicant and his/her parent or legal
guardian to irrevocably assign and transfer to Transmarco Concepts Sdn Bhd all rights, title, and
interests in the entry, including without limitation, all patent, design rights and copyrights.
16. The submitted artworks may be used in advertisements and printed materials by Transmarco
Concepts for the purpose of advertising.
